L’Arche USA Engagement Specialist, Kyla Ponciano, offers her thoughts on this month’s value:

In order to include everyone, we as a whole need to make a conscious effort to listen to each other’s needs and act upon it. No judgment or biases allowed. We, as people, are all similar, but totally different. Each person’s life is a journey, and we need to be able to listen to their stories and views on life so that we can better learn and understand each other, experience new cultures, and broaden our horizons.
