Job Brief:
Guided by the mission and charter of L’Arche, the Residential Manager shares responsibility for provision of quality care in L’Arche Tahoma Hope’s three homes and compliance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations governing the residential care of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position holds primary responsibility for supervision of residential coordinators, residential scheduling and recruitment, orientation, training and retention of residential assistants. The Residential Manager develops and maintains L’Arche Tahoma Hope’s residential specific orientation and training program in compliance with all state and local laws.
Key qualities:
- Verbal and written fluency in english
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and with compassion
- Two years’ work experience with people with intellectual disabilities
- Relevant Leadership Experience
- Commitment to L’Arche mission and manner of sharing life with core members
- Competency Microsoft Office software, Google Drive, and Email applications
- Moderate skills in computer system/database management
Wage:
$28.00-$32.00/hour
