L’Arche Greater Washington, D.C. provides homes, residential and companion services, and places of belonging for adults who have intellectual disabilities, the ‘core people’, in the context of an intentional, inter-denominational Christian community. The Quality Assurance Manager will be someone who connects the mission of L’Arche to high quality services in compliance with regulatory standards. The goal of the role is to design, develop, and evaluate quality improvement processes to ensure high quality services and risk management.
