Join the L’Arche Tahoma Hope Team! We are hiring a House Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage a home and nurture the growth and direction of its members. As a House Coordinator, you will foster an attitude of shared leadership and act as the primary reference person within the home with regard to core member care, supervision of staff, and ongoing home life.
If you have experience with community-living, strong communication skills, and a sense of humor about life, this role offers an amazing opportunity to make a positive impact while contributing to the incredible vitality of the L’Arche Tahoma Hope community.
A House Coordinator averages 45 hours a week, works in-person, and is eligible for benefits. Schedule flexibility is required along with occasional paid asleep overnights.
